trying to find a site for paper lanterns. i have taken a look at a few, but they dont seem that great. if anyone comes across one pls let me know. thanks.

 

also, that time is coming where i think i need to sit with a TA. I'm getting married July 8 2011, when do you think i should tell ppl to have their deposits in by? i am afraid of the resort over booking. i havent sent out my invites yet, waiting till the jan 2011 mark.

Some of you may have read this on another thread but i wana tell the world...... :-)

 

I HAVE THE BESTESTEST NEWS..... WHOO WHOO.....

 

As some of you know my mum and dad have been debating for weeks and weeks if they can afford to come to our wedding... i know they really wanted to come but were unsure!!! My mum woke up this morn with a gutt feeling... went to the travel agent tonight after work and booked... YIPEE, they finally booked, My dad can give me away after all.... Im so so so happy.... My mum and dad will be at our wedding!!!!!!!!! My mum said she just woke up today and thought i cant miss my daughters wedding, and that was it!!! ARGH!!!!!!!

I'm in the same boat as you! My FI proposed to my over this past Memorial Day weekend so, we haven't been engaged for that long (even though we have dated for four years!) Our date is set for next June 11th at Las Caletas. I have probably been jumping the gun on getting stuff done, such as sending out the save the dates and such. We have booked our day and are looking for resorts in Puerto Vallarta to block out some rooms for our guests. I'm pretty much going crazy too sine I am looking at these websites that have crystal blue waters and beautiful hotels. When in 2011 is your wedding?

Ashley1316 - we are both just 1 year away today! I am sending out my STD end of August, Working on group rate late fall! The summer flying schedule is not out yet for next summer. I have been checking WestJet and Air Canada for their packages but still not showing me July. Right now Sunwing flies to Jamaica during the week and I am wanting to leave on the weekend.

I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.
