Has anyone went though this?? I know this is very personal, but here I am announcing to the world... I have new boobs!.. haha.. I just wish I had a friend that could tell me what's going on, when will the pain go away.., what can I do and what shouldn't I do while healing...

I had mine done on June 2. I still have some loss of muscle use in my arms and small shooting pain. Other than that I am pain free. The real bad owie pain only lasts a couple weeks. Then is slowly goes away. I took pain killers and muscle relaxers for the first two weeks. If you are in pain take them. My doctor kept telling me that over and over. It's very important for your muscle to heal back up and if you over do it it won't heal right. If you have any more questions at all let me know.

HEy girl! cheesy.gif

I will share with the world also-my breasts are also not real!

My advice to you-are you sleeping upright?? This was huge for me...finally when I was able to sleep on my side, I used a pillow for support. I was on Oxycontin(SP) for the first few days but then went off and started to take Advil. The pain will be around for a couple weeks at least...and obviously try not to lift anything!!

I found the easiest things-like opening doors or doing up the buttons on my jeans to be a challenge for the first while too!

Also, I'm sure the doctor has told you to do your "boob exercises"...lol.

Not sure if this helped at all, but I am more than willing to answer anymore questions you may have! cheesy.gif

Try not to move them at all lol. I mean you can move them but no raising them and no picking anything up heavier than a plate or a cup. I was given nasea meds. I was so sick that as soon as I would stand up I would throw up. Lucky for me Ryan was amazing and literally kept a chart of my meds and when to take them and would carry me to the bathroom if I needed it. But really you need to take it really slow. Someone mentioned about sleeping upright. I did this also for the first two weeks. Some nights I couldn't sleep. Ryan would go take the big cushions off the couch and set them up then set up a bunch of pillows and that usually helped. Make sure you wear your support bra all the time. Don't take it off if it hurts and make sure you wear the strap they give you. I freakin' had to wear that thing for about a month and a half. And it hurts really bad. But keep it on, it's so your boobs don't set too high.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
