    I am so glad that I came across this thread!  I just found this DVD in my closet (un-opened, of course).  After reading what you ladies had to say about this, I am excited to give it a try now.  I would like to loose 10 lbs and tone up before October.  Hope I can do it.

      Day 15 done!!! Half way there!!! Level 2 is killer but getting a little easier on day 5 of level 2...scared for level 3...might stay on level 2 for a little while longer. Haven't really lost weight but I have been eating kinda crappy lately...feel tighter and more toned though.

        I just restarted the Shred. Finished it months ago and loved it but then life got tooo hectic and didn't have time.

        I am Day 4 of Level 1 using 5 pound weights. Not looking forward to the next two levels because I know how intense they are but it will all pay off in the end!!!!

          OMG!  I am more out of shap than I thought!  Today is just my second day - level one.  I cannot do a push up to save my life!!!    I really hope I get better at this as the days go by - because if I don't, I can't see how this is going to do anything for me.  I am not giving up!!!

            Well I finished 17 days and fell off. I am starting again tomorrow, hopefully I can make it to 30 this time. Level one is good but level 2 is killer, I think I just got discouraged. I might stay on level one a little longer this time round. I was trying to do 10 days at each level but maybe I need a little longer. Been doing better with eating healthier, lost 4 pounds.

              I'm so glad to come across this thread.  I have tried this before.  At the time, it was available on cox on demand cable and was able to download the schedule from exercisetv.com.  I have been meaning to purchase these dvds again because I did enjoy working out with it.  But as someone said, I think I got discouraged because some were really tough.

                Anyone interested in doing the 30 day shred challenge for the month of July??? We could post our success and keep eachother motivated!!

                  I would be interested!  I did this for a few days before, but somehow managed to forget about it!  I am all for extra motivation.

                      I will need rest days in there somewhere, although I'm not sure how often yet.  What do you plan to do?
