So I tried the first part of the video a week or two ago. I am not in the best shape right now, but I'm also not hugely overweight or anything like that. This was SO hard! The lunges are what really got to me I think! I was using 5 lb. hand weights and struggled! My thighes and calves hurt more than they ever have for a full 3 days (maybe more!) afterwards! Due to the excessive pain (I am pathetic, I know), I took a week off, but I am going to try to start up my 30 Day Shred again this week...wish me luck!!! All I know is that if it hurts, it means its working so I def have faith in this program!

I agree that I think this program will work if you push yourself to complete each exercise and stick to it! good luck everyone!
