    I hadn't done it in a few days (well, more like a week) and thought I was going to die again when I started it. You definitely need to stick with it. I also have to switch it up with other workout DVD's b/c I get bored to easily.

    Can anyone really do true push-ups for that full lenth of time on Level 1? I always have to go to the modified position after about 10 ... and still have to stop before the time is up.

      Tami if you stick with it you will be able to do the full set of pushups. A couple of months ago I could only do a few and usually had to go to my knees now I can get through them. The workout that kills me in all 3 levels is the squat v-fly ugh that hurts.

        The Firm 5 Day Abs! It's from the 1980's, but it works. If you are lean, you WILL get a six pack. Plus, you can get a good laugh at their outfits, music, & set. It's really funny. You can get this DVD on amazon.

          Ive moved on to level 2, and that last cardio circuit kills me! Phew! I can see muscles appearing and its so exciting!

                ordered this on the weekend, can't wait to get it from what you guys have been saying.

                i did buy The Firm's Get Chisled dvd since i was disappointed i couldn't find the jillian michael's one in store. that kicked my ass. i'm interested and excited to see how hard this one will be

                  I'm going on Day 3 of Level 1 and I'm hurting SO BAD!! I can barely walk!! But I'm going to push through it and hopefully start seeing some results soon. I'm starting to just go walking with the baby too. The cold snap has passed.. for now!.. so I might as well take advantage!

                    Ladies... The cold and snow has got me in a funk!! I had been doing really well with working out almost every day, but I got a cold, got lazy and now have fallen off the wagon!! HELP!!! I have the 30 day shred video at home and am trying to get up the motivation to start using it again. Who has had results with this thing??!! I need to be inspired! : )
