It really helps when my lovely FI thinks I should sweat a bit more and makes a fire while Im working out (our fireplace is in the living room which is where I work out) he has done it twice now Im like hello I am already sweating I do not need a fire!
I never got bored with level 1, I did that level for 10 days, but I am already bored with 2...so I think I'm going to try 3 tonight and alternate the two. And, I know what you mean with the fire. We heat out house with a pellet stove and it is about 10 feet from where I work out and I'm like as if I'm not sweating enough!!

I read somewhere, maybe on SparkPeople, that on Jillian's website she says to do the Shred for 6 days and rest one day.

I am so psyched that you posted this! I never have time for working out (retail jobs make your life a pain in the butt)

I also did level one with the FI's 10 pound weights haha what an idiot i was, i havent worked out since high school. i thought i couldve just collapsed and died. I bought 5Lb ones today at Target (on sale!) Second day was definitely much easier. and i love it even more that its free on demand until Mid February here!

I just did my first day of this with 5lb weights! I am sure I'll be feeling it later. I really like how she explains how to do everything correctly (specially when I am feeling the burn and not thinking about my knees being over my toes) and how she is like "NO BREAKS" if you want results don't stop...that kept me motivated! 1st dress fitting in T-28 days...so I have got to see results!

FI was getting ready for work this morning when I was doing it, and he was like, "Yeah, she's pretty hard core, huh?" I can feel my thighs getting tighter too and I'm seeing more definition in my arms. I just wish she did more ab stuff because I really want to get rid of my little belly.

Does anyone else feel super guilty when they don't do the DVD? I feel like Jillian is going to show up at my home, yank me off the couch, and start screaming at me! I noticed that the day after I miss working out, I feel really sluggish when I go to do the DVD again.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
