haha that is funny, I have bumped into the couch a couple of times myself.

Also my dogs think I am just nuts when I start jumping all around...they think it is play time and try to jump on me! Needless to say...they now go outside when I do my video otherwise they just get in my way!

Andi that is too funny about your dogs. My cat and dog both think its play time. This morning my cat kept going under me as I would do a push up Im like hello!!! Then he got pissed bc I was not playing and started to attack my arm so here I am doing walking pushups, sweating like a pig and my cat is attached to my arm bitting me it was a great morning :-) Gotta love getting in shape.

Unfortunately my gym doesn't offer it either, so I pay for a gym membership and bikram. Fortunately my employer pays half of the cost up to $450 per year. Thank god! Day 2 of the shred....OMG some of those exercises are SO hard!!!

I've done her workouts from her website. Costom workouts and diet plan. It definetly works but it kicks you in the behind....HARD! I'm a gymnastics coach and I get the athlete's I train to do watered down versions of the exercises and they are whining afterwards!! Those of you that are sticking to the program.....good for you! You'll look terrific!

I'm still waiting for mine to arrive from Amazon!!! I ordered it over 2 weeks ago, usually I get my orders within 7-10 business days :-( In the meantime, doing ashtanga (power yoga) and my upper body is killing me now!

Everyone is doing so good! Today I did level 2 with 5lb weights.

I can't decide if i am ready to move to level 3 or not. I am thinking I should just go for it.

 

I have been on level 2 for about a week and a half or so but it is still totally kicking my butt!

You should give level 3 try there are some moves in level 3 I find easier then level 2 I think the vfly squat in level 2 is a true killer.
