Due to the excessive pain (I am pathetic, I know), I took a week off, but I am going to try to start up my 30 Day Shred again this week...wish me luck!!! All I know is that if it hurts, it means its working so I def have faith in this program!

Good Luck! Keep at it!

I agree that I think this program will work if you push yourself to complete each exercise and stick to it! good luck everyone!

I will! I'm going to use the 3 pound weights that I have. I think that will be good to start.

I work out regularly, so I'm interested to see if it kicks my butt (I totally expect it will since its a new routine!). I'm going to do some measurements tonight and maybe (if Im brave) so "before" pics in my bikini :)

Ok ladies - I did the video this morning! I really liked it too :) It seems like she knows what she's talking about with the 3 min strength, 2 min cardio, 1 min abs. I also really, really like how she does combo strength (arms and legs together). She says that when you just do arms then just do legs, you dont burn enough calories. Combine them and you can cut your workout time in half while keeping your heart rate up!

I wore my heart monitor, but I guess I didnt push the "Start" button so it didn't give me my calories burned sad.gif I will do it again tomorrow and let everyone know how many calories it tells me.

Oh - and the hardest part for me was using the weights. Andi, I dont know how you did it with 10 lbs - I could barely do it with 3 lbs!! For some of the shoulder exercises, I grabbed even smaller weights (until I build up some strength). Guess I really need the strength training, haha.

For some reason I never wondered how many calories I was burning 'till last night LOL So I'm curious to hear your findings!

I am so kicking myself in the butt for not buying 5# weights last night while I was out and about. 3# is getting to be too easy....but I didn't realize how easy 'till I got home and did the workout sad.gif

I think I will watch the intro tonight so I can start the 30-day shred tomorrow morning :) I have BD pics in about 45 days, so I'm committed!

The cover says "Lose up to 20 pounds in 30 days" - if I can lose 5 I will be happy!

Just keep in mind that the diet is VERY important as well.. either way, you'll definitely see cuts & feel it in places you haven't before.. but you get even better results w/ a decent diet. I am a FAN of Jillian Michaels! good luck!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
