Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred

Day 2 of the 30day Shred down and it was much better than the 1st.  I was able to get through it without stopping!! definitely a push. Day 3 tomorrow...YES

 okay day 1 done.  Hope I can make it up the stairs at work today lol!  Coconoir- way to go for getting through without stopping.  I admit I did end up skipping a couple jumping jacks here or there.

Woohoo... day 2 done.  Day 2 was way easier than day 1.  I made it through everything   Let the butt kicking begin!!

Ok ladies, so I purchased the dvd along with two others yesterday.  I am hoping to be moved in into our new house by next weekend, so then I will join you. I am looking forward to this.  I think the extra motivation from you won't let me slack off.  My wedding is in October, so I would like to drop a few pounds and tone a little.  Have a great 4th of July everyone.

How's everyone else doing on this lovely Fourth of July?  I just finished day 3.  (yesterday was my rest day this week, since I was not home at all)  It is amazing that in 3 workouts, I can already sense a difference in my abilities.  I took starting measurements, so I hope that I do see a nice difference in those too

Ladies I took a 1 week break and really need to get back on. the holidays just totally knock me off my workout. but will resume later. really need to tone up I've now hit the month mark. the clock is ticking.

I totally didn't do any shredding this weekend....but I planned early by adding the Zumba to my workouts and eating great the last week.  So back to reality tomorrow ;-)  I'm quite sure it will be hard but no pain no gain.  With July 30th right around the corner I'm totally excited.

I started Level 3 on Saturday! My arms were killing me due to the jumping jacks with weights! I managed to still lose 2 pounds over the weekend even after the beer drinking and bbq's!
