anyone here use fitday.com to log their food? i just signed up and it seems like it will be pretty useful (best of all, it's free). i keep getting nagged to write down everything i eat and keep track of calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber, etc. and i haven't been doing it because it's such a pain. i think fitday will really help with this!

one weird thing tho is it appears i haven't been eating enough! i would have never thought that in a million years (my calories were down around 1200 the last few days, unless i forgot to add in something i snacked on?). so this morning i made sure i ate a *real* breakfast (one egg with feta cheese and a few links of lowfat turkey sausage) instead of a kashi go lean crunchy bar (which i'm addicted to).

I use this site. Love love love it! And for dinner tonight I had grilled chicken with steamed veggies. Yummy. Even Outback has healthy food! (I got it b4 I left work )

I forgot to submit my weigh in last week. Doh! I took the picture but never emailed it in! Ive been dealing with a lot of family drama, so my mind has defintely been preoccupied.

I have been gaining and losing the same few pounds, like I always do. So I had to think back to what worked for me before? Well a goal of course. Sounds so simple right? So Ive decided to sign up for the Turkey Trot. Whenever I had race goals, I always stuck to my training plans. So now I have my 10k training plan all mapped out in my planner, and joined jazzercise so going there 2-3 times a week. Its my first week so Ill have to update on how this works out for me. Going from 2 workout days a week to 5 may not work out so great the first few weeks :P

And check this out, my sisters friend is in training to be a yoga instructor. Shes nervous about teaching so wanted some guinea pigs. So that gets us a free class! So every Monday she comes to my sisters house and gives us a class. Free Yoga, Ill take it. Especially since Ive only taken a few yoga classes here and there...its kinda of nice to learn it at a slower pace, and the breathing techinques, etc. I can defintely feel it this morning, thats for sure!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
