Morgan - awesome job at the retreat!

jkcz0702 - great idea about trying to track your progress with something other than the number on the scale.

Great job to all you losing ladies this week. I lost 1.4 so I was content with that. It beat the gain I thought I was going to have.

hey, if you guys want to do this, i'm game! you all have to come up with the consequences, etc. if someone doesn't follow the rules though - I don't want to be the bad guy! but i have no problem administering the $$!

For a second I thought you were heading to PV to get married and I didn't know about it! lol Hope your site visit goes well.

As for BL, I lost the pound that I gained last week, which I am happy about. Even tho I did have a day or so where I made some choices that weren't the greatest, for the most part I am making good choices. I actually think that I need to eat a little bit more than I have been to avoid getting cranky or outrageous cravings. Going to try upping the calories a little this next week.

haha i was mostly kidding about the dollar when you gain weight as extra incentive! anyway, while a fun idea, i think it might be too hard to enforce, as some people just quit when they start doing badly, and others just don't send in their weight. i'm with morgan, if the ladies want to try that for BL5 that's great, but we probably shouldn't change rules mid-contest in the interest of fairness.

So come on, lace up your running shoes, slip into your spandex work-out outfit (you know, that hot pink onesie with a thong!) and start grooving to the oldies! (Or whatever your workout of choice is.) And put down the pizza, skip the skittles, can the candy, just completely forget about the fridge... and get serious about the Biggest Loser 4!

We can all do this, but we need each other for encouragement, not to help us rationalize. ("well... if SHE ate two whole mini-pizzas, three candy bars, 4 hotdogs, a whole bag of chips, and had 6 beers, then it won't be so bad if I do it...")

GO BDW Girls!! GO BL4 Girls!! We can do it!!!

Thanks i needed that pep talk!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
