This weekend was a little disasterous for me. I went away with friends and I drank too much wine and snacked alot. I did go running though and got back on track this morning. Ugh It's hard to do but I know that I can;t tell myself "no" with everything so I am trying to be moderate and just work out like a fiend. We'll see...

Mummer girl I can be sick as a dog and I still always have an appetite. I have to be like on teh brink of hospitalization to not want to eat. :)

Holy cow Danielle, I didn't realize that your wedding was coming up so quickly! You must be getting so excited!

I fell completely off the wagon last week after I told you alll I was heading to Stop & Shop. Since then, I've eaten candy, pizza, a milkshake and several bowls of ice cream. I had been being good for so long that I was just craving some of that stuff and HAD to have it. I was getting majorly cranky! So, now I'm happy, but feel like its time to get back on track. I figure a couple of slip ups are ok. I have lost like 16lbs since the start of BL3 and haven't gained a ton back... so tomorrow is another day. Maybe I'll even make it to the gym. lol

I'm going to have a bad weigh in too. I went to a party Friday night and just kept eating and drinking the rest of the weekend. Waaayy too much wine! I leave for Puerto Vallarta on Saturday and I know I'll gain while I'm there. I have to try to be good the rest of the week. sad.gif

Girls! I am so disappointed in everyone! Aren't we supposed to use this thread to encourage each other to eat healthy and work out? It seems to me like it's become a place to rationalize eating junk food and drinking copious amounts of alcohol. I know everyone can do better than that! So come on, lace up your running shoes, slip into your spandex work-out outfit (you know, that hot pink onesie with a thong!) and start grooving to the oldies! (Or whatever your workout of choice is.) And put down the pizza, skip the skittles, can the candy, just completely forget about the fridge... and get serious about the Biggest Loser 4!

We can all do this, but we need each other for encouragement, not to help us rationalize. ("well... if SHE ate two whole mini-pizzas, three candy bars, 4 hotdogs, a whole bag of chips, and had 6 beers, then it won't be so bad if I do it...")

GO BDW Girls!! GO BL4 Girls!! We can do it!!!

this weekend was the Canadian Thanksgiving weekend... and I didn't do well. I ate way to much! oops.gif

I'm not looking forward to this weigh in. The only thing that might save me is that I've been working out really hard lately. I guess I'll see tomorrow how bad I've been.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
