So I took my scale pic this morning but didn't have time to upload it onto the computer before I had to leave for work. There was no change though. Which I guess is good and bad, right? I didn't really do anything different this week. I tried to be more conscious of what I was eating, but I still went out for ice cream and had snacks when I felt like it. It's hard, cuz we had already gone food shopping, so we already had the stuff in the house! I told Matt that now when we food shop, everything must be healthy. I didn't do one lick of exercises. I meant to, but have been busy after work trying to make a dress for a wedding I am going to in 2 weeks. I know I should make time, but dang, it's hard! I travel 3+ hours to and from work each day and since I am busy with the dress, doesn't leave much time for exercise. I will def make more of an effort this week. Even if it's jsut 15 minutes, I am doing it!

Hey Ladies,

Its a big day, weigh in day. Good luck to everyone. Hopefully we'll all be motivated for another week. I'm in my friends wedding this weekend in Kansas. Hopefully I won't drink too much or eat too much. I hate being out of town and having to depend on eating out, not always easy to make the right decisions. At least it should be fun!

So, how did everyone do? I am amazed that I lost as much as I lost, but I was just about to get my period when we had to weigh in last week and now its gone, so almost all of my weight loss is probably due to that. I am still a pound heavier than when we finished BL3. Still, no matter why the weight came off it has me super motivated! I'm going to the gym as soon as I get off BDW.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
