ok, I sent my weight in.....it was bad, very very bad :-(. I'm going to take a before pic right now AND post it tonight just as a punishment to myself. I gained back almost ALL of the weight I lost before my wedding. Oh my goodness....

that is the worst. when you are stuck eating so unhealthy & you didn't even want it. if you are going to splurge you want it to be by choice.

we have meetings every thursday with a table full of junk food. it's so hard to avoid.

my first day went good. tomorrow will be really hard. I have lab meeting (with the table of food). then a seminar that has a reception after with tons of great food. that night i'm going to dinner with the speaker at my favorite place in town. it's a multi-course meal. i'll keep thinking of "fluffy" animals to get me through. i think i'm going to print them out to post on my desk & fridge.

I really did well today. I ate well and I even got my FI to go for a run/walk with me. I'm so proud of him. He needs to loose a lot more weight than me and I think he finds it very discouraging. But he stuck it out, got a little pissy at the end but I was just happy he did it. One step closer to better health!

Ok, so I weighed myself this morning and I was up more than what I started at for BL3!!! WTF!!! I know that I totally slacked off, and I have been drinking pop again, so time to quit again and get this done right, since I get married right after we are finished.

Morgan, WTG with the before pic. You know what, I am going to do that. I will get my Mom to take a pic of me tomorrow and then I will post it. Beware everyone, as it won't be pretty, especially since a bunch of the belly is stretched out extra skin from pregnancy! YUCK!!! Anyways, I will post the warning tomorrow before I get them up! LOL

have you thought about switching to diet drinks? they taste bad at first, but after a while you get use to it. then you can't stand regular & really like the diet drinks.

I'm off to lift weights while i catch up on last night's TV.

Soooo glad I'm doing this! Hopefully my action packed trip will give me a nice head start on the whole weight loss thing! :)

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
