Yamille, I don't really know what I'm doing. I walk about a mile at school three days a week, so to me that's "accidental" exercise. I walk/jog outside 2days a week for 45min to an hour (sometimes I manage to do it 4 days). My neighborhood is really hilly and if I'm motivated to jog I try to jog UP the hills. During BL3 I was going to the gym 2-3 days a week for about an hour and doing resistance training and cardio~ its a non-stop hour so I'm burning the most calories in the least amount of time. I used to be a personal trainer and certified in nutrition, so I pretty much have a calorie counter in my head. I recommend this website FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal It looks a little overwhelming at first, but once you get the hang of it its really great. You can enter your goals, starting stats, what you eat, your exercise and it tells you how many calories you should be eating, what caloric deficit you need each day to get to your goal on time (ex. burn 2000, eat 1500, need 500 calorie deficit each day). I will say that when I'm being a "good" eater I am really anal about it and measure my food and enter every last thing I put in my mouth on fitday, including the days I eat candy all day. You can customize it by putting your food's label info. This is a little time consuming, but totally worth it because once you put it in once it's there forever! (seriously, I put foods in there over two years ago and they stay right there) I should add that I have not been to the gym since BL3 ended and I seriously think that most of my weight gain for the 1st weight of BL4 and loss for the weigh in were due to having my period and then it ending.
Boy that was long... sorry. lol On a side note, my mother decided to tell me that I looked smaller yesterday... IN THE CHEST! She was like, um, where have your boobs gone? Thanks mom.
