        Good job Kelly!

So yesterday I did my cardio workout, drank my H2O and ate good. Then I weighed the kids (Justin - 14 months - 30lbs & Hailey - 3 1/2 years - 32 lbs), then Larry jumped on the scale and so I followed suit to see how much it fluctuated since the morning. I lost another 2 lbs since the morning!!! WTH!! I had to recheck it, and sure enough. So then I decided to hop on the Wii and do stepping for 30 mins while I watched the news regarding the local scare. I can't wait for next week....as long as I can keep motivated.

Don't worry I won't! lol I just re-lost weight I had lost once already in BL3. I was shocked that I was at the top this week, but in all honesty I don't have that much to lose this time around, so that was a big loss for me~ about 1/3 of what I'd like to lose total. Hopefully it stays off.

            Good Job Everyone!

I did really well at the beginning of the week, but the weekend killed me! I'm so mad at myself, I gained .8 of a pound. I know it's not a lot, but it's still a gain!

But I will lose this week no matter what!

              Great job ladies!

Kelly!! Seriously- tell me what you are doing? I need to do it too! I just want to know what people are eating cause I am working out with a trainer and I better start seeing a loss soon.
I'm feeling a little bummed actually. Last season I ended up exactly where I started! boo.

Funny how much you can fluctuate in one day. I weighed myself yesterday and I was down 2lbs... to bad yesterday wasn't our weigh in day!

                Good job everyone!

Maybe your figures are staying the same because your fat is turning into muscle. Muscle does weigh more than fat. Maybe it'll just take a little longer for your results to show.

Going up or down a pound or 2 is normal for evreyday. Depends on the time of day you weigh yourself, if you just ate recently or not, if you went to the bathroom or not, so many things count for just the pound or 2.

I weigh myself first thing the morning right after I pee...lol

She's right. as you burn more fat and replace it with muscle, it might not seem like you losing weight when you really are. If the numbers not not changing, but you can feel a different in the way your clothes fit, then you are losing fat that's being replaced with muscle.
