    I was worried about weigh in today, but I was glad to see that I did lose almost 2 lbs. This week has been crazy around here and I have tried to eat better and drink my water, but I only got in one workout! I have to drop my daughter off at playschool in about 30 mins, so I will do my work out while she is there, especially if I can get my on back to sleep for a nap.

    Congrats to everyone else that lost weight. WTG!!!

      i didnt do great this week but i had a slight loss so i'll take it. We are getting new floors in my house and i havent been able to cook since their's a sofa in my kitchen. so ive been eating pretty crappy like pizza, hoagies, chinese. you get the picture. But i am going walking 2night with my girlfriend.

      ugg I gained 4oz-honestly I will blame it on being sick this weekend, all I wanted was chicken enchilada soup from Chilli's and that is not healthy at all.
      I need to find some time to exercise, I was planning to take Ainsleigh for walks, but the weather has been so crappy. I guess I need to hop on our eliptical, but that means I have to get up even earlier than I already do and I just really don't want to get up at 4:30am!

        You guys are all doing great. I on the other hand am not. I gained 1.8 lbs this week. I am not sure how, it must be muscle. I have been doing boot camp, walking and eating good, not great, but good. Yet I gained weight, this is going to be a long road for me.

          After BL3 I gained 5 lbs in two weeks. I lost 4 of those pounds this week so I'm grateful for that. I am nervous because today is my birthday and I'm going out with some friends after work. I'm going to a party Friday night and out to eat with my FI on Saturday. I'm going to try to be really good in between. :) I'm also going on vacation in 2 weeks and I know I'll gain some there. Even if I stay the same I will be okay with that.

          You girls are doing awesome though. 5.8 lbs. is amazing.

          Julie you will probably lose that and more next week, and you're right it's probably muscle. I don't care about the scale as long as I look good!

            it could definitely be muscle with what you've been doing, but you DID just have a baby not too long ago, so your hormones can very likely still be doing wacky things to your body, including affecting your metabolism, holding water weight, etc. i wouldn't worry much, just keep up what you're doing ... sounds like you're on the right track to me!

              i gained about 5 back in those 2 weeks too, and i swear i wasn't even doing much different than during the contest! wtf? glad it's gone again but it does have a habit of reappearing!

              HAPPY BIRTHDAY! mine was during the last contest and honestly, i didn't even try to be good LOL. birthdays, parties, and vacations are so hard ... don't deprive yourself TOO badly just don't let it get out of hand (like i usually do)!

                I did my Turbo Jam Fat Burner while my daughter was at playschool and then had to jump in the shower before going to pick her up. It was definatel a great workout, and I was sweating like mad. I will do another one tomorrow and see if I survive 2 days in a row.

                  Unfortunately I gained a pound this week. But I sort of expected it. I walked in the Breast Cancer 3 Day, and I knew that there defintely wouldnt be a loss with all the food we eat!

                  But now Im ready to get focused!

                  So I was wondering has anyone tried Jazzercise before? Im thinking of trying the class on Saturday. The first one is free, and than I can decide if I want to join or not. Im very uncoordinated, but figured its something new.
