      I totally agree on the MGD64. Hard to find out on the town. So far, I have had no luck. At least I have it at home!

        good question. and here's the answer ...

        as of right now, there are 25 girls signed up (list below). however, i still need 3 more payments to clear from girls on this list before they're "officially" in - so the jackpot is currently sitting at $330. but assuming those payments clear, we will have a jackpot of $375

          i didn't block anyone. i just think that i saw the option when i was exploring all the things that could be purchased. then i bought some random, expensive stuff. i couldn't tell what it did, so it probably didn't do anything. maybe it blocks your posts occasionally.



          I had a huge day for exercise. around 1:00 i did a pilates video & a P90-X cardio video. Then at 7:30 i met a friend at the gym & we ran 2 miles & lifted weights. I've been keeping a track of how much i've worked out on my calendar. so far, so good!

            ugh, I wish I lived closer to one of you so I could exercise with someone. So far this week has been a big BUST for me. I got my period and ate every hershey kiss ever made I think. lol I'm hoping to workout tomorrow, Monday and Tuesday to make up for my slow start so far. Hoping being the key word in that sentence. Morgan, just reading your posts is motivating me to get moving. So, thanks!

            Oh, and I just went back on the pill. It better not make me gain weight or I'll flip!

              do you have anyone you can work out with in your area? i emailed about 5 friends & said i need workout buddies. they were also looking for some motivation so it worked out. i let everyone know to call me when they want someone to workout with. that's why i ended up working out double today. the 2nd time was to catch up with a friend.

              The other thing i do is walk circles around my apartment complex when i'm on the phone. it's great if if i get a phone call that i know will take a while (a friend i haven't talked to in a while) or if i need to wait on hold to take care of business. the other night a friend called & i talked to her for an hour, walking the entire time. otherwise i would have just sat on the couch chatting all that time.

              one more way i motivate myself is by doing videos at home. i have a portable dvd player I play the video on. then i can catch up on my tv shows while i workout.

              i really try to keep working out fun. it's easier to stick with & keeps me happier.

                Hey ladies I have been lurking and you guys are all doing a great job! Special shout out to Becksy- I can def see the difference. Morgan- you are also making such major changes- good for you! I'm sure it will pay off.

                I am having a little insomnia right now (it's 4:26 am) and I'm not sure why but partially I htink it's cause we had Mexican for dinner last night with friends and I feel crappy. I ordered a taco salad but it really was not a salad ( hardly any greens) and they forgot to take the sour cream off so I scraped it off but it was a heavy meal for me. There was cheese too. Not to mention that I ate chips and had a margarita and a glass of wine. So basically yesterday was a wash for me cause I totally ate over my calories. I can hear my trainer now.... (sigh) I know it's just one day and all that but I am finding it hard to be super strict with myself. I actually think that it's cause I am working out so hard with him so I feel "entitled". basically it makes no sense but I thought I would share.

                Moving forward- I am planning to hitting the gym for some cardio at 7am before I go to work. I am hoping that it makes me feel better. My goal for this week is to eliminate the booze completely. I don't need those glasses of wine here and there cause I rather eat my calories most of the time. :)

                  Morgan, you're kicking butt ... good work! You have some great ideas to stay more active.

                  How did everyone do this weekend? It's so hard (for me anyway) to eat healthy on the weekends when we're usually out and about. Pizza for dinner last night!

                    So... I did manage to workout today. I went running outside and then did some lunges and stuff. I am heading to the gym tomorrow between class and work.

                    I can't convince a single person to workout with me. I have a friend who always says she will and then I wait for her and she ALWAYS cancels on me. That really pisses me off because I could've gone earlier in the day and I waited and then don't even feel like going. My FI needs to workout, but he's lazy and really I don't feel like pulling his teeth to make him do it. Its hard enough to keep myself motivated. Honestly, the looming weigh in is really starting to motivate me. For some reason having to send a picture to Ann of a scale that has gone up or stayed the same really bothers me, like I failed or something. So, I want to lose, lose lose! I wish I could do tapes at home, but I am the least coordinated person I know and they just end up frustrating me.

                      Well girls, I'm back from my weekend away! I did so good during the week, but I'm pretty sure it's a wash with what I consumed this weekend.

                      Friday night was BBQ food, ribs, brisket, chicken, corn bread, etc... And last night was lots of yummy apps, 5 course meal, etc...

                      And of course both events were open bar, soooo not only did I eat too much, but I drank even more!

                      But I knew this weekend would be hard, so I was good all week and tomorrow I will be back on track, no excuses!

                      I have to start exercising this week too.

                      I hope everyone had a good weekend.
