Is anyone else having trouble sleeping?? I've never had to take a sleeping pill in my life!! I can't sleep!! All i'm thinking about is the wedding, details... details.. details...

I can't believe August is almost here!! I get married August

Yep, I'm there too. On June 30, FI and I decided we wanted to move to a new place, and went out and found a new apt. the same day (we are completely insane, apparently)... We'll find out if our application is approved on Monday, and then move on July 15, then leave for Hawaii on Aug. 2. btw we haven't moved in 8 yrs, so we have a TON of crap to go thru!!! At least we'll have somewhere to put all our wedding gifts, haha!

Other than that, I still don't have my dress from the seamstress, and the ENTIRE jewelry district is on vacation, so our rings won't be ready until the the 17th!!! Also I need to send off the last payment for our tent rental, but I haven't gotten the updated invoice yet, and that's due on Tuesdaydizzy.gif

I did find a new suitcase, and ordered our favors... just hope they show up before we move!

I'm starting to wake up at random hours during the night, wondering if I included things in my budget, or if certain things were included on the invoice or left off, and where's my dress, the rings etc etc etc... I'd really love to be sleepy now!

LOL I used to lose sleep and was sooo stressed about all kinds of stuff, specifically money. I'm still waiting to be paid (I only get paid every 6-8 weeks). Its supposed to be here this week but I was stressing I wouldn't get paid since the last check was 12 weeks late. And we've recently had issues outside our wedding take up ALOT of money and we ended up having to take $1800 out of our wedding budget money and now I NEED this money for our wedding.

 

I was fairly certain that Joe's dad would pay for it if needed but thought it might cause some turmoil and after talking w/ Joe's aunt the other night and just letting it all out she told me to stop worrying and if i didn't get paid in time and Joe's dad had issues w/ it she would immediately transfer us the money so that was such a relief!

 

I haven't been stressing at all! Lovin' it!!!

 

I have 2 BM's who may not be coming, I'm about 95% sure one of them isn't coming and the other I just don't know but oh well.

 

i still have some last minute stuff to do. i need to bustle my dress but I'm just going to do it myself this week. I'm gonna make a list today of all the little things I need to do.

Well legal issues are keeping my Ring Barrier from going really upset about that...

 

I have one week before I pack up all my stuff and my cats/turtles and Drive 15 hours haha

Then I'm back a week and a half to finish up paperwork and head to my moms for a week and then to the beach!!!

 

I cant believe how fast things are moving along

I keep going back & forth between feeling like throwing up and feeling like "WE'RE GONNA BE OKAAAAYYY!!" Now my FH is booked to work from July 14 (our moving day) and July 31 (2 days before we leave)!!!! Funny because now he's all relaxed and stress-free, and I'm gonna freaking lose it!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
