What to do??!!

Recommended Posts

Hi there my first thought was ah but you havnt been to a wedding there have you?Did i get out of the wrong side of the bed?maybe!!!!.In hindsight i would just ask her if she does find it a problem then its better to iron it out now rather than her stick pins in you every now and then.If that makes sence. One thing you learn from here peoples opinions are voiced later down the line.Id hate you to book and then have your ear chewed for it

You have to do what you want to do. I'm the same don't like going to the same place twice and if I had my way I wouldn't be going back to Mexico but FI isn't like that and he loves the place so I gave in lol

Just ask her if she minds I bet she'll say no she isn't bothered. Don't stress over this because trust me far worse will follow chick x

I just wanted to update everybody on my resort situation.

We still have finalized our resort but we have decided just to rule out the one my sister had been to before. It was stressing me out and my FI was very understanding and said it was my call. I realize this is our day and i certainly wouldn't do this for anybody. But for my sister, i think she's worth it.

So we've scrapped Iberostar from our "options" list and nobody will be any wiser!!

Oh the inside's of wedding planning.

What i wouldn't give to be able to hire someone to "plan" the whole thing!!

I do feel much better though now this is sorted.

Have a nice day and thanks again for all the great advice.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
