Hola!  We got married two weeks ago (11/18/11) and got home last weekend.  Everything was amazing. Perfect.  Fatima was great!  I was very particular and gave her a lot of direction.  She nailed it.  Review to come - but here are some pictures!

Aww Sarah it looks beautiful!!!! I'm a very detail oriented person too I thought it would be too much for Fatima but that gives me hope!!! Cant wait for the review!

Sarah, your wedding was beautiful! Congrats.

Looks like we have very similar style and colour choices :)

Did you find that 60 people at Las Palmas terrace was too much? Did you have your cocktail hour etc there as well?

Not too many people at all!  I thought it was perfect!  I was worried when I first saw the dance floor space (where the cake was) and it was plenty big enough :-)

 

We actually didn't do a cocktail hour.  We figured we were at an all inclusive so why pay $20 a person when there's a bar near by anyways!  Our guests had no issues, problems or confusion.  We took our pictures after the ceremony - guests either freshened up in their room or hung out at the bar until the reception started.  It went perfectly!

woot.gifWe had our wedding Dec 2 and it was perfect. Elaina did an excellent job and the service was spectacular. We had 40 guests, legal ceremony on the beach and a reception and dinner on the terrace. They did make us shut the music down around 1030 so we moved the party and ipod to the sports bar where we danced till 1 in the morning. if we could do it again we would change nothing. Well except that our photos turned out really well and they want $15/each for any over the original 50....Again thank you to the staff for making our day so special.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
