      Relax whats that?? I am a giant ball of stress, especially at this time of year because I know that every year at this time, this is when everything starts and I will be going nonstop pretty much until the wedding!!! So I WINE, like everyone else has mentioned, is a GREAT stress reliever!! I plan to have A LOT tomorrow night! Love the massage idea, a 30 minute massage isn't even that expensive and I love massages, I think I might need to go get one, lol! Exercise helps sometimes too, especially running.
