I want to try this now but i don't have any cocoa, i wonder if i can use jello chocolate pudding mix instead?

alright, I tried a test run. I don't have cake flower, so I only used 3 tbsp flour...should still use less. And hubby wanted more sugar. I also didn't know the power setting on the microwave, so I over cooked it. Next go round will be better. And the test one wasn't bad at all. I'll let you know how #2 turns out.

Ok. That was very nice
(for a 3 minute cake!)
I followed the recipe, but I used semi-sweet choc chips and I didn't have milk, so I used this milk substitute almond 'milk' stuff. I thought it might be crappy, but it was very rich and chocolate-y cake.
It also made tons. FI and I each had some and I was stuffed afterward.
Now, before I turn
I have to get back on the good eating bandwagon!
