Beautiful Casablanca with gorgeous beading. I felt like a princess with this dress on. Isn't it too much for the beach? Matt is planning on wearing a tan suit and the guys in kahki pants/white shirts. My girlfriends all said it didn't matter what anyone else looks like. I have more photos if necessary.

#2 Maggie Sottero

Let me tell you.. these dresses fit like a glove. I'm a size 12 and felt like a 6 in this dress. Very light, taffeta. sash color can be changed. I liked the old romantic feel of this dress. Didn't like that I could see the seams down the front because of the light fabric.

I think it's very pretty. Were you hot in the dress? what is the underside made of or is it just the skirt? I have to agree with your friends, it's your wedding and as long as you feel you won't die from a heat stroke wearing it then get it.. I do think it's flattering on you. (this is in response to the first dress)

Second dress, LOVE it on you, but definitly with the sash..

#3. Another Maggie Sottero. Martina is the name of the dress. Beautiful jewels with a full shirt. Chiffon so it's light. My only concern is the jewels reflecting too much light in photos.. I'll find an example of a "real bride" photo so you can see what I mean. (sorry about the back cleavage) lol

my favorite is #2 - hands down! that dress is just my style though, they're all beautiful. i love it with the sash - what color would you do? i love the color sash in the photo - but not sure that is your color theme.

and i agree with Tammy and your friends - who cares what your dress looks like, as long and you love it and feel comfortable! i totally thought the same way about it (my dress) being "too much" for the beach at first - but in the end i wanted the dress that i wanted. done deal!

anyway - tough choice - they're all great. but my favorite is #2

Ok.. one more.

#4. Casablanca very much like the first. I haven't tried this one on yet, but loved the romantic feel of the top front with the bottom being plain. The back has a little too much going on.. I think Casablancas can be customized easily so maybe they can take some of the stuff off.

Wow you look amazing in all 3 dresses. Each dress makes you look super tiny! I like 3 but agree it looks very sparkly in the photos. I love the top of #1, I am a big fan of beading. I love #2. Its very simple, but very flattering. I like it with or without the sash. My vote os #2, but honestly you will look amazing in any of them, just go back and try them on again and you will know which dress in the "one"

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
