My wedding is two weeks from today and the wedding coordinator JUST told me that I won't be able to have lobster as our meal..... my parents are NOT happy about this. Still trying to figure something out.

So, how are May brides today? It's rainy and gloomy here. That's probably why I'm not motivated to do anything at all.

Today I am feeling ok. We got a chunk of our LONG to-do-list done this weekend, and still managed to have some relaxing time too! Now I just have to pray that everything I ordered online yesterday will come in by next Tuesday (Guest book, BD book, Sand Ceremony kit and Sand, etc.)! Went shopping for lots of wedding/honeymoon clothes this weekend so that was fun (FI wasn't happy with all the $$$$ I spent though, oops)!

Still a lot to do. We are going to the courthouse to get our marriage license this Wednesday, then getting legally married on Saturday probably. Hair cut Saturday, waxing on next Tuesday, then leave next Wednesday! Only about a million things to do before then, yikes!

i'm freaking out a little! i am suddenly really nervous about the wedding ... not of marriage at all, no second thoughts or cold feet, but about the wedding itself and things going smoothly (or not). i had another weird wedding dream last night where i was having a panic attack as i was getting ready ... except i was a black woman in the dream, lol ... it was understood that it was supposed to be me tho, somehow. maybe i did too much tanning? LMAO

 

last night i tied tiny ribbons on bubbles and finished tying all the ribbons on those bookmarks. those little things are so tedious, i swear. friday night i designed my table numbers but i'm still not sure how i'm displaying them ... probably need to buy something for that. in my spare time ...

My wedding is 1 week from today! We leave this Friday!

Pre-departure email to guests

Btw, do I need a electric converter for Mexico?
