SO MUCH left to do! But it will be okay...I just need to take one thing at a time!
Hi,
What made you decide on Playacar Palace over other resorts? Also, did you look into Cozumel Palace at all? We're getting married in May 2010, and PP is our 1st choice, but for some reason it seems that no one on this forum is getting married there which I think is so strange, and it worries me a little...so if you could just let me know how you narrowed it down to PP I would be sooo appreciative!!
Thanks!

alright ladies-I just mailed the invites out this afternoon! I can't wait to see the RSVPs start to come in. After I get a better idea about the guest list I will start to get the rest of the stuff together. I still need the OOT bags and somethings to put in there...less than 4 months to go!

Hoping to have invites out by the end of this month too.
I also need to get my dress taken in at the top... and seriously as I have more than 2 sizes of difference between my hips and my breast... I am going to go see the seamstress next week-end with the dress so that she can tell me when I have to come in... I hope somewhere around mid or end february so that I can lose a bit more weight...

Thank you so much!
I started showing FI some of the other girls planning threads and saying this is DIY and that is DIY and telling him what was our next project and he said- "are you sure we shouldn't just order that stuff?" I told him everything else should be cake after the invites... right?

On another note- we have started to receive RSVP's today and are booking our flights tomorrow. Finally- we were also waiting for flight prices to go down, but now that guests are booked we figure we should get on that ball.
It's all really starting to come together - in my head at least. smile159.gif

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
