I know me too!

TammyM- I know how you feel, my youngest sister is a total brat and is also very selfish. Then I have another sister who likes to say rude things about the wedding to try and embarrass me in front of my family. Yesterday we were all having dinner and I say to my sister, hey did Cori (SIL) tell you that she wanted you to help with the bridal shower? And she says I am not helping with anything!! It doesnt really bother me that much cause I am use to it but my FI's face got so red I could tell it took everything in him to not leap over the table and ring her neck! But that is exactly why neither of those brats are in the wedding party. smile67.gif

I don't have a sister but I haven't spoken to my brother in months-- he doesn't even know we r having a DW unless Dad told him. He's a brat! Anyway I know it always hurts when a family member can't see beyond themselves but ask yourself "Am I happy?" It's yalls life, your wedding your home don't let her bring you down. You have your love and a wonderful new life to plan. She's probably jealous and wishes secretly her life was different. So grab a doll put her name on it and wring it's neck when she gets to ya -- that's what I do--it keeps me from saying things to my bro I might regret later. Smile girl!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
