Mattress help

So I have looked at 3 posts with mattresses and I am still confused. I am ready to put down some money on a bed right now. I have had the Kingsdown and loved it but I want to be sure it is the best bed for my current situation. My neck and back always hurt, but I think that is due to my stress level and that all of my stress goes to my upper back. My lower back and upper back are a mess and even more so after my car accident in which a teenager ran a red light and hit me. So anywhos, I want a bed that really helps my back, does not make noise (we have two 7 year olds..and crap one just walked down the stairs!! at 1:07 am..yikes...he's back upstairs saying he's going to throw up ok...his dad is helping him right now and he's better) while we have relations in the afternoon while kids are downstairs. I also do not want to feel my fi get up or move while I am trying to sleep. When I became a mother I entered the very light sleeper world and can hear my kid fart in her room while I am sleeping....no lie. So far I have read the Tempurpedic, the W's heavenly bed and another latex memory foam bed. Help...I want to sleep...well.

I'm not guessing it does. 4 years ago my ex & I purchased a Kingsdown and loved it, in fact I called the cops on him when I came home during my lunch break to find he was going to move it and the leather sleighbed out of the house. I thought I had won the battle until I came home later that day and found that the sneaky bastard had come back and removed it! I'm still bitter about that. So, while I love the Kingsdown I want to see if people with my situation have had any luck finding a good mattress. I've not found any affordable options smile27.gif

Thanks ladies for the suggestions. I did a test lay (hehe) in several stores today and chose an awesome mattress. I finally landed in Sleepy's where they do a Kindgsdown body diagnostics which takes information about your size, weight and body ache issues and then processes the information to determine your mattress type. Supposedly this is based on some scientific googlemuck which I think is a great gimmick. I will say that the bed that was recommended was definitely my match...ahh...if only dating had been this easy! I chose the bodysystems green mattress, which is a mattress with medium firmness/softness that has individually wrapped coils with a lifetime warranty. So, I figured I will never need to buy another mattress again..yay! Ladies, this is the most comfortable mattress every.

I tried the Tempurpedic medium firmness with the adjustable frame, but it was even more expensive than the one I purchased. It was comfortable, but I would have to buy the adjustable frame feature to reduce pressure points in my hips and back. I also tried a Simmons bed and a Select Bed again.

So smile03.gif to you ladies. I can't wait to sleep on it Thursday nightsmile29.gif

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
