With our group, one of our perks is the gap points. We choose a $50 OBC for each room. I am going to mail a pre cruise letter with the luggage tags I made in the DIY section.

And yes, from cruising myself in the past I've always packed old shopping bags to put dirty clothes in. I'm not sure if I saw it here, or where I saw the idea of the pop up laundry hampers and I found them pretty cheap, I KNOW people will use them!

That's about all I have so far. Some things I haven't bought yet due to it being so far out. But that's my basic list.
I love the website with the cruise favors. I am going to add the cruise ship luggage tags to my gift bag!

Our guests are getting a shipboard credit as a part of their package too. We thought about adding our own money to increase it. Inside rooms are getting $25 and Oceanview and Balcony are getting $50. So if we do the personalized luggage tags and a welcome book is including additional room credit enough? If we decide against the room credit I'm lost as to what to include.

There are some great ideas on here. So far we have the following:

> flip flops in navy - on sale online at Old Navy for $1.99

> giant beach bags - we got these onsale at Ikea for $1.50. They are HUGE and a tarp-like material which will be great for sand. I had wanted canvas, but the shipping to Canada was rediculous and I didn't have any real time to research. I am now happy - they are white with big navy blue circles all over them. They'll be great for the week and if people want to chuck them at the end, so be it at that price!

> Hand snaitizer - on sale at bath & body works. Happens to be navy :)

> burning personalized cd's with our favorite wedding songs and personalizing the cases

> those woven looking hand fans with navy ribbon (many menopausal aged women attending - lol) - was my mom's suggestion for our 3pm ceremony in the sun.

I'll keep checking for new ideas!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
