I have been searching high and low for an officiant who can help my fiance and I exchange our vows in English and Portuguese. This is such a special part of our ceremony. We are legally marrying in the states, but having the ceremony in Riviera Maya. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

The only officiant I know of in the RM area is Petra Maurus(outside of whoever does the resort stuff). There is a short supply in the area.

Thanks for the info, I'll see if maybe they know someone. I'm willing to pay for travel expenses for the officiant. I just have to find the right person.

Here's a list of Brazilian churches in the New York area that I found... could any of these work? I live in the Dallas area- I can ask around here for you too!
