    Hi All,
I am working on my Welcome book for my OOT bag. Here are the pages I have so far:

    Schedule Of Events
    Guests Rooms
    Hotel Map
    Currency Conversion
    Spanish Phrases
    Restaurants
    Photo Sharing
    Hotel Activities
    Things-to-do/places to shop

I borrowed these pages from a couple girls on here who posted their books (thanks Becks & MelanieS). Any other pages I should add? Any of these end up not being useful to guests? Thanks for the help. You ladies are the best! Carla

Are there any local places to shop? If so you could add something about that but it looks like a great list to me!

        That looks really good:)

We did a guest directory... instread of a welcome book. We had a photo of all our guests and explained who and how we knew them. This was very helpful to our guests and we think it helped them get to know each other even better!

If you guests know each other, then you don't need this! Good luck to you!

I'm going to include a lit of the most popular souvenirs for my location. But your list looks great.

Here is the website I used for the currency conversion. I made that page about a week before we left so the info would be up-to-date.

How about a page listing the spa services and prices?

Love these ideas!  I think I'm going to combine a "directory" with a "welcome book."  We have so many guests, though 80 people coming to Mexico!!!  Tracking down a photo of each should be interesting....thank goodness for Facebook!

I'm only beginning to think of welcome booklets and this has given me tons of information and where to even begin! Thanks for the inspiration ladies!
