Chair covers, Menu cards, Decorations, etc..

Recommended Posts

Hey ladies, I have a few questions about ROR, I hope you can help me!

1)When do you get the menu for the reception dinner to print the menu cards?

2) What is the price of chair covers at the Riu?

Is it cheaper to bring my own sashes and use their covers, or is the price the same?

3) Who decorates the ceremony site, and then removes your decorations after the ceremony?

Hi

I can't help you with the menu cards as we didn't do that

The chair covers with sashes were $15.00 each

Chandlyn decorates the ceromomny site . We dropped off fans we wanted her to use and left a note with instructions in her office day before

My mom went to Mamme Bay restaurant and decorated the table about 2 hrs before I think Chandlyn will do this but we wanted to make sure it was the way we wanted.

In terms of the menu cards, if you're going with the free reception at Mammee Bay & you're not changing the menu, then you can request a copy of the menu from Chandlyn. You can then use that to print your menu cards. Keep in mind, menu's are placed at each place setting at your reception, ofcourse they aren't personalized. So I'm guessing you're making them personalized! LOL

Remember, the only thing that your guests actually order & get served, is their main entree. Everything else is buffet.
This is basically what's on the menu at Mammee Bay:

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
