Sheraton Bride Suggestions

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone,

So I am just started to plan everything and I have so many questions. Do they provide the officiant for the ceremony or do I need to locate one myself? My fiance and I are legally getting married in CA so we don't have to worry about the legal issues. I have heard this is much easier. Also, do they suggest certain vendors to work with and if so did you like them? We are just finalizing the contract with Viviana now. For those of you who got married here, is there anything you would do differently or things you wouldn't change? Any help would be appreciated.

Thank You!!

Shawna

Hi Shawna, have you tried a search within the Cabo thread for the Sheraton? I know we have plenty of past brides that got married there and I'm sure there must be a ton of posts out there to help you out.

I would just suggest that if they recommend anyone that you do your own research as well just to make sure that you are getting what you like for the price that you want. If you need any help with anything please just ask i am not getting married at the sheraton but have found most of my vendors on my own.

Thank for all the help everyone! Raeka thanks for finding those threads for me. I hadn't looked at 2 of them and they were both really useful. I think I spent a good 2 hours in here last night reading through everything and then doing my own searches from there.

Hi Shawna,

I'm considering the Sheraton for our wedding but I guess Viviana is out on vacation. How has your experience been with hotel? Does the hotel have a list of vendors that they recommend? Also, I did get a hold of their menu but nothing really appealed to me. I wonder if they let you order from the resturant on location.

Hi there! Sorry for the late reply. I have been so busy at work that I havent been doing much planning. Vivianna has been really great at working with me and answering all my questions though. Shes very fast in her communication and even called me a couple of times just to makes ure everything was right. I hope you have the same experience with her as I did. Someone I knew just got married here and said the food was great and they chose on of the buffet options and said there was too much food!! If you have any more specific questions please let me know. Hope your planning is going well.

    • What color is your wedding? You can go with warm autumn-inspired colors such as burnt oranges, dark reds, burgundy, bright yellows, like fall foliage   https://printsbery.com/invitations/wedding/burgundy   What planning have you guys done?
    • We booked our wedding for April 2021 but the venue let us know at this time they are still implementing Covid measures so we should not have more than 50 guests, etc. We also made sure the contract had an "out" clause that would let us get a refund should the pandemic blow up again, or have the ability to reschedule without penalty.
    • I am having my wedding scheduled in November 2020. I am too much worried about how all the things will be managed in this pandemic situation. About everything like the guest list, preparations, my attire and all. The only thing I am relaxed is about finances. In Feb only me and my fiancé applied for the wedding loans. We have applied early because both of us are having bad credit we had a doubt that it will be approved or not. But our wedding loans with bad credit were timely approved and we have planned accordingly but now this pandemic has spoiled all our preparations. We are trying to be positive and trying to celebrate our new beginnings.
