vases for flower bunches?

The subject meant to say vases not cases

I have decided to buy bunches of flowers from The Flower Cart. i don't want anything elaborate, so this is perfect. My problem is the vases. I want small vases. About 5" tall. Fun and Motivation don't seem to have anything I am looking for.

Does anyone have another option? i don't want to buy them and ship them. What am I going to do with all of them afterwards?

Floreria Shadia had plenty of vases available for rent. They are only Spanish speaking.

Also, a former employee of F&M is starting her own rental company and may have some available for use. Here's her info., tell her Jenetta 6/16/07Dreams referred you:

Good Luck! Also keep in mind that the Mega is supposedly like a Wal-Mart so they may have very simple vases there. Costco's floral department should also have some however they will be more elaborate.

The Mega store had tons of different vases while we were there. You would be kinda risking it and depending on them to actually have in stock what you wanted while you were there, but this may be the route we end up going...They had tall, short, round, square- alot of variety.

If mega doesn't have enough you can try Sorianas, CCC, and there is a restaurant supply store in Cabo that would definitely have plenty. I also think there is a dollar store or Waldo's in Cabo or San Jose I do not remember. THEY had vases for a little over a dollar.

You could always ask your coodinator is she want's to buy them from you at a discounted cost.

My coordinator bought just about everything back from me as she wanted to have stock to offer her clients at more reasonable prices. You could always contact her if you want... she would probably be happy to buy them from you. This goes for everyone!!

You can contact her at alegriats@prodigy.net.mx

Her name is Happy Moreno

  • 2 months later...

It was a week of festivities not just our wedding and she charged us $1,500 for day of (wedding and reception for over 100 people) and $3,500 for the week including the welcome dinner and the rehersal "fiesta". I had another quote form another coordinator in Todos Santos and he had quoted $13,000 for just coordination!!!

She is super sweet and very nice.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
