OOT bag contents - **Master List of Possible Items**

Recommended Posts

I have had to stop looking at my Vistaprint emails so I'll stop ordering. I just can't stop! I did order one of the new tote bags just to see if it was any good. Just got the big heart on it and put "The Bride". They are a good size and much thicker than I thought they would be.

I've gotten a free pen with every order I've done and I'm already at 20...haha...addict much?

The only thing I haven't been impressed with was the keychain. I got one of their designs and it's all blurry and looks cheap. Maybe it was just the one I got?

Ugh, I haven't gotten a free tote offer yet!! I want a free one so bad, lol!!! I too have ordered a pen with every order, I'm only up to 7, but I'm 11 months away from my wedding, so who knows what I'll get up to!! It's horrible, I'm an awful addict!

I wonder though, how are they making any money at all?? Is it because they order in such bulk? I mean, in one order I did a t-shirt, hat, post its, pen and mousepad, all in one order and it was only $5.67! How the heck can they make any money?

Yeah, I just used a jar like this:

Bought on sale at Michael's for about $4. (It's not that one exactly, but something similar, with an airtight cover)

Everything made it home perfectly.

Another addict here! I can't even tell you how much I've spent there, probably more than I should have for "free" stuff but it is so fun to design stuff and make things more personalized. I don't know what I'm going to do when my OOT bags are done, and I'm not far from being done sad.gif

So, what I do is this, I open the email and click on each free thing I want and order it. I use their designs, usually some kind of palm tree or flowers and then customize with my name/date/place. Then close everything and open the email and do another seperate order and it's still free!! I've done this 6 times already and I'm becoming an addict....check out the list of stuff I've gotten:

5 pens
2 keychains
500 business cards
50 oversized postcards
280 address labels
25 brochures - used these as welcome letters and paid extra to personalize
1 mousepad
6 t-shirts!
50 magnets
200 regular size post cards - used for various things, rsvp and favor tags
3 sticky note pads - done in each seperate order, with each bm name
1 hat
1 notepad

All of this for $89.67!!! I just keep doing little orders for $5-$6 here and there, and I'm getting shirts pens & hats for the oot bags! Seems nuts. I know a lot of people here use Vistaprint, but I hust thought I'd share how I make more than one order. I hope to have enough t-shirts in the next year to put them all in the OOT bags :) Anyone else an addict?
I'm not an addict, but I'm about to become one! :) Yet another thing I wish I had known about sooner! I hope I can gather enough goodies before our wedding so we can use them in our OOT bags. Thanks so much for the tips! I can't believe all the great stuff you got!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
