    Thanks for sharing! The inner/ outer thigh machine is totally embarassing.

        would you believe my personal trainer had me doing every single one of those exercises? WTF?!?! I figured the inner/outer thigh one was useless but i did them anyway. The worst part is she had me walking 4 mph on the treadmill for 90 mins a day. What a waste of my time!!!!

          I actually like the thigh machine, but I feel it is more useful for my upper thighs/hip area

            I overdid it on the inner thigh machine so bad once that I literally couldn't walk for 2 days straight! dont do it anymore!
