Guestbook Quilt

    Hi All,
    I saw a great idea where instead of a guest book you have guest sign and/or write a message on pieces of material. After the reception you then sew the material into a quilt.

    Here is a pic:

    Anyone else doing this? Any ideas on what kind of inks/paint pens will last and not fade over time? Thanks, Carla

      I don't have any advice, but I just wanted to let you know that I love this idea! It's different and so personal... You'll have it forever. I may have to steal this :)

        That is a great idea! You may be able to search for specific ink/pens used for this online. Maybe try joann online?

            We are for sure doing this for our AHR. My FMIL actually wants to do the quilting for us. Our AHR is over 2 years away though so if anyone else does this in the meantime post a picture so we can all see. Carla :)
