Both dresses have a small train. I would say the Amsale has a more dramatic train. And since I am getting married in a small chapel it's something I'm considering.

This is a really tough call! Do either dresses have a train?

I like that the Amsale is very unique. I've never seen a dress like it.

I have to say the Provinas is more classic and elegant and more my style. I think the single fabric makes you look longer simply because there isn't a break for the skirt like the other one.

Both are extremely flattering and gorgeous!

My vote is for the Provinas, again based on personal taste.

I don't know if I've helped or not! LOL

you poor girl! they are both stunning AND they both look great on you. no wonder you are having such a hard time deciding!

I voted for the Provonias, because I like the lines of it, it just seems to be a bit more flattering style. Also, the other one looks like it would be heavy, with the beading and all, and you might spend the whole day tugging at the strapless top.

Either one you choose will be beautiful though, so you have nothing to worry about there!

Well this is what I think...

The Amsale seems very fun (that is why I picked it) and to me a DW is fun. Plus it looks great on you.

As for the other...it is more of a sophisticated look still sexy but much more serious looking.

You could always wear both...one for ceremony and one for party!

I'm very biased on this one- I chose the Pronovias dress because that's my wedding dress! It looks beautiful on you and it's a very flattering dress. For those of you who have never seen this fabric up close, it's made from dupioni silk and it's amazing! It has this awesome pearl-like finish to it that makes this dress so unique and the pleading in the front just adds to it even more.

Good luck, what ever you choose will look great!

the provonias is more flattering it terms of showing off your body.

Also I am just not crazy about the look of the first because it looks like a seperate top and bottom, i.e. more like really nice top with really nice skirt. While I like both individual pieces (and love teh top!) it just looks less wedding dress to me since it's not all one style/material/pattern.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
