Girl wear a veil!! When else in your life will you get to wear one? :-)

I am wearing a veil for the ceremony and taking it off for the reception and wearing a flower

So true!  You just gave me a great idea!

How about going for a flower fascinator? They look elegant and are really easy to match.

I am planning to wear my hair in a bun style.  I am not risking the frizzies if I try to flat iron it.  Question for you bun wearing girls: are you fastening the veil above, or below the bun?

I have a chapel length veil and I really do not like the look of veils just plopped on top of your head, if that makes sense...

Diva, I'm having my veil fastened underneath my bun. I know exactly what you mean….I'm not a fan of them being plopped on top of the head either!

IMG_1114.JPG@lisa203 Sorry for the delayed response, since my daughter's wedding, I don't visit the sites like I once did. Debra charged $70 for our hair and $70 for airbrush make up. At those prices, we had her do all our make up, but only the bride's hair! She did do an outstanding job though. Her make up remained in tact(except for lipstick retouching) after a beach wedding and reception! Her contact info:

Thanks so much, dmob! Your daughter looked fab!

I had figured you wouldn’t be visiting like you used to since your daughter got married. I did some google-ing (if that is a word, haha) and found her. She seems like a sweetheart. I’m having her do my hair and makeup as well both our moms and bridesmaids makeup.
