Here is a pic of me with the invisible braids from last year and also with kinky twists done with the synthetic hair. I love wearing them because they can be styled so many different ways!

I grew my hair out naturally last year and wore almost every braid style known to man, lol!

I like this one. Regal. If I end up making tiny two strand twists with my hair I could try this style. I wish there was a shot of the back.

ok monique. you are getting married before me, so what are you going to do with your hair. i wish i would have really thought about this earlier. i had just determined that i was going to get braids, but now i see all these options and i just don't know anymore.

i usually won't get kinky twists because i don't really like using synthetic hair, but that is an option too.

1.Yes I do and thanks Dani!! I just noticed that your wedding date is June 5th 2010, mine is June 5th 2009! Its kismet!
            2. I do, let me try to dig em up, I am the ponytail queen, lol!
            3. I started out short and it took about a year to get a decent length of hair, but then I went and relaxed it...grrr...bad idea :.( So after the wedding I plan to go short and then embark on my natural journey again.

I did the same thing, in 05 i just took a scissor to my head and cut it down to a lil afro then i let it grow out naturally for a lil bit then just relaxed....i get bored. I cant wait to see the twisty styles. I'm going to look for some too. That may be an option for me.

And That's cool about the dates! Tho I'm not sure I have it, RIU is annoying the *bleep* out of me rightaboutnow.

They're pretty monique! When I twist my hair the ends only curl a teeny bit so I'll have to pin it up somehow....or maybe the riu salon stylist can curl it for me....hmmm... lots to think about. and TONS of time to think haha.

I'm so glad all of you are getting married before me....AND in jamaica.... it's going to be great seeing your planning progress and final choices....and PIX galore! :)
