I did a recipe search on BDW a few weeks ago and found your post about the food blogs. I checked out Baking Bites (love it, thanks!) and linked to another blog that was mentioned on there called Cupcake Bakeshop by Chockylit. It appears the blog is closed but there are a ton of yummy recipes! I made this one: Cupcake Bakeshop by Chockylit Recipe: Devilâ€s Food Cupcake with Chocolate Buttercream. I made it with vanilla buttercream frosting instead of the chocolate and it was fabulous!!! If you are looking for a great vanilla frosting recipe this one is def worth trying: Cupcake Bakeshop by Chockylit pear & vanilla bean filled chocolate cupcakes with vanilla bean buttercream

The cupcake blog lady says all cold ingredients should be room temp before baking. Sorry for the semi-hijack! I love the food blogs Alyssa!

I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
