Hey @eauyeung, in this case it was just how our bride & groom arranged it. You can usually pay for it well in advance on your account, when you arrive or even the day of. I think it's just what you prefer. In this case it just happened to work in our couple's favour as the person working the front desk argued with our bride for 15 minutes that she should just get day passes for us instead of paying a vendor fee (our bride was honest and she got lucky! lol).
