Hi Guys...

I just come back from my trip.My wedding was beautifully i have no complains to make. The resort is big but not like huge and it's very beautiful. The wedding was amazing, ceremony was nice, food and everything else was amazing. Don't worry what you are going to do after dinner. You can stay in the restaurant as long you want to and after you can go to lobby and have drinks coffee or disco, sports bar. You can do what ever you want. There are few weddings at day. I dealt with Jacqueline and she was amazing, i really like her a lot and she made my day. All i can say is don't worry because you meet with them day or 2 days before and everything can be done in few hours.

Mexico is very expensive and also resort is expensive too, but you get what you pay for it.

Good luck to all of you and i hope you have a blast at your wedding

Hello,

I am so glad to hear that your wedding was amazing and all went perfect.

Can I ask you a couple questions..

Now as I read these reviews ppl say that the beach sucks and there are vendors blocking the ocean view..Is this true?

What were the shuttles like? Are there many? Just because I have my grandparents with me and I want to make sure that they can catch a ride when they need to.

Did you use the resort Dj for your wedding? If so, how was he? Did you bring your own music?

How were your flowers?

Did you do a civil ceremony or a legal ceremony?

Sorry for the overload its just my wedding is coming up soon and these are just some things that I was wondering about.

Hi,

The beach is not so great…and it can be really busy because is not big either

So it does look very full always. Vendors are blocking almost half of the

Beach so it is blocking the ocean view.

The sunset Gazebo is more private and only people who have platinum can

access that part of the beach, so it wasnâ€t busy at all. They only have one

shuttle that goes around so if you are there when is

passing you can catch but you never know when they will be coming. For the

wedding they will come to pick you up also if you wants you can ask them to

come and pick up your grandparents too. My husband asked to be picked up

too because he was in suit and it was hot that day so they didnâ€t have a

problem coming and picking him up.

I brought my own music so it was loud enough and we were ok.

I only had the flowers that come with Princess Package and were

amazing….nice and fresh, and I had them for the ceremony. And also my

WC brought them to the restaurant.

I did symbolic ceremony.

Hi karica, Did you get to sign anything to make it look more realistic at the ceremony? Did you have any witnesses sign anything? Did you get a certificate of any sort? Sorry for the questions I'm just worried about how realistic the symbolic ceremony is as we've told everyone were actually getting married here. Thanks !

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
