Thanks my ceremony is at 2pm and I still haven't heard anything yet!!!!! Fed up with checking my e-mails!!!!!! Will def take loads of pics hun x

Hi Guys,

 

If you are not getting emails sent back send an email to the actual email address of the resort, you can find this on their web page. I sent an email to them and rec'd one back within a day, and since then my WC emails me back within the day. I have also called her several times 10am Ontario time which is 9am Mexico time they are always in office at this time. If I can be of any help let me know.

Hello, I was wondering what the general impression of the spa is at the Sunset? we are getting married there May 5th and have questions on hair and make up, any recommendations. Also we where told by our travel agent that they have recently changed up the "wedding planner" line up and should get better in the near future.

hi!! you said you got emails from emma. the only way i could get a hold on her was to phone to mexico!! would you please give me her email address? maybe i got the wrong one (bodas2@riviera-hotels.com)
i want to give my deposit in order to confirm my wedding date!!

I'm flying on sunday and have sent e-mails and not heard a word from anyone!!!!! My last e-mail from them was 2nd August!!!!! I just hope that it will come together when I get there!! x

I have been waiting for over a month for their reply and I had sent them at least 5 emails begging for a response.  My travel agent finally got a hold of them on Thursday (by telephone) to find out the time we were planning to go out there was already booked up and we couldn't get a wedding date.   Not impressed.  We get one more shot at a date before I switch resorts.

I still haven't heard back from the hotel, who just recently told me that the time we had agreed upon is not doable. Now my photographer is telling me that they won't have the photos ready for me when Ieave the country. How are you ladies dealing with the photos? I'm now being told it will be 60 days until I get anything.

 

Anyone have a photographer to recommend? I can't deal with people agreeing to something and after I give them a deposit going back on what they have agreed to. SOOOO FRUSTRATING!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
