Hola Sharing a slideshow from the JW Marriott, Cancun

Darlene and Manoj are a fantastic couple who threw a great wedding bash at one of my favorite, favorite locations, the JW Marriott-Casa Magna in Cancun. The ceremony was a Catholic mass in the gazebo and the reception was set up very nicely in a location overlooking the gorgeous Cancun ocean. I thought the wedding was beautiful in so many ways and I hope no one minds if I pop in and share the slideshow for those of you in the planning stages and thinking about Cancun...so many great ideas, a beautiful setting, and lots of LOVE!

We were told that you cannot have a catholic ceremony outside of the church in Mexico that they require it to be inside the actual church. Do you have any more information on this? Thanks!

hi PDC bride, I believe that is generally the case, but the Gazebo at the JW Marriott is authorized to do that. It is a beautiful setting!

 

Jenny, I totally agree, I have stayed at the Casa Magna a few times and I really like it there.
