Also - I'm freaking because I told her the wrong gazebo - I said garden but I read somewhere that it's not appropriate for 40 guests and that the only option is beach.  Agggggh I hope it's not an issue, especially because i haven't heard back.

I just sent my TA an email inquiring, stating that you ladies have been able to confirm and are making your deposits.  She claims she sent me an email with the information,  but I never received it.  Hopefully all's well, my TA is so frustrating.

 

Stephy - I'd be frustrated too!  Let us know when they arrive, I can't wait to see them!

I wouldn't worry.  You can pick your ceremony location when you arrive on site.  They only book one wedding per time-slot (more than one per day, but not at the same time) so you can have the choice between all of the locations.

 

Also, we had 68 guests at the beach gazebo.  There is always a way to set up the chairs to make it fit.  I'm pretty sure you can fit 40 guest at the garden gazebo.

I got an email confirming it from Rocio and my TA today.  It confirmed the date, not the time.  Same for everyone else?  And where did you get info for making the deposit?  Sorry for all the Q's today!  TIA

My TA forwarded me the email from Rocio and it said to do it on the website and that the forms were included in the wedding packages?  Maybe we have to fill out the entire request for the type of wedding, etc.

Stephy I would be freaking out about the pictures. I don't get why you don't have even a online gallery yet. I'm getting pictures done by her too. Hopefully she gets everything together soon!

 

I booked DJ bob, Decided the costs were not too bad since we have about 55 people making the trip. =)

JND,

Just emailed you the forms you need to fill out and email back to Rocio. I printed them out, scanned, and emailed back. Rocio got back to me the next day to say that everything was being sent to the financial department and she would email me back once that was confirmed.

I couldn't find anything on the website either so my TA got Rocio to email her the forms.
