Who is Erika?

I've been dealing with Rocio and Ariadna... is Erika another WC?

Yes Erika is another WC, there are 3 of them, mostly you just work with one but all three may be there during the actual ceremony so keep people from getting in the way. Ariadna was my WC she did a great job.

Oh ok!! I've been more than happy so far with Ariadna. She's been way easier to communicate with than Rocio. She replies to my emails within a day or two, sometimes even within hours!

I'm having a hard time with picking my flowers right now... the florist doesn't seem to have many orange flowers... or if she does, they are extremely expensive. I should mention that I don't want roses or stargazer lilies... Anyway, hopefully we figure it out soon!

Hi all! I'm new to the forum - just recently booked our Catholic wedding at the Grand Palladium on January 19, 2011 - so excited!

 

We will be 50+ people and are having a private Reception at the Laguna - but I'm also interested in the cocktail hour prior to the reception... does anyone know where cocktail hour is usually held? I have requested some info from Erika but haven't heard back yet.

Ariadna, my WC, told me the cocktail hour would be held at one of the inside bars (they make it private for you and your guests). It seems to be the only option they have. I was hoping to have it outside, somewhere close to the gazebo or the reception area but I guess it would be too much of a set up for them.

Erika is my WC - she offered me the following option: "I suggest a lovely terrace we have close to the catholic chapel ( pictures enclosed )"...is your ceremony on the beach or at the garden gazebo? If you plan to go to the garden gazebo/ chapel for pics than maybe this spot would work for you...I would send it to you but I'm still figuring out this whole forum thing! I just emailed you. :)

We aren't sure yet which gazebo we are having our ceremony at. We'd rather have it at the beach gazebo, but if it's too windy, we'll have it at the garden gazebo. We'll wait until we get there to decide.

Funny though... my WC never mentionned the terrace... she just mentionned the inside bar area.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
