Rocio told me 3 days... but my travel agent is telling my 4 days...
Here is some information from the resort.Legal Requirements - Palladium Weddings

It states 3 buisness days in bold on this page.

Personally I would listen to Rocio, she's the one that does the weddings daily.

Hi everyone!

I'm still trying to pick a resort... but Grand Palladium is in my top 3 resorts...

I was just looking at pictures of the resort and I was floored by how beautiful the resort looks, the jungle, mangroves and beach!

I definitely want to have our ceremony on the beach...not in a gazebo. It is also very important to us to have a private ceremony! Can someone please tell me the cost of a private ceremony, and if anyone has any pictures to share I would love to see them!!

Thanks!!

Well I just read through most of this thread (its way past my bedtime now!!) and i've answered most of my questions myself.

I haven't been able to find the menu options for the private reception though.... could someone point me in the right direction?!

Thanks!

Hi there Pineapplebride,

When contacting GP, they send you a complete package of information, if need be, I could send you a copy (do you have Rocio's e-mail ?)

Out of the many many hotels (50+) my FI has been to in the Carribean for business, we have been to GP 3 times in a row and don't know why we'd go elsewhere... our ceremony (NOV 2010) will be at the beach gazebo also.

If you need more info, please let me know, have spent 4 weeks there in the last 24 months...

I did receive the wedding package from GP, it was actually an e-mail from ariadna though. It didn't have any information about private receptions or menu choices in it though. If you have any of that info I'd love to see it!

I'm so glad you love GP so much... it really helps make my decision easier! You'll be a great resource for some of us ladies!!!

I love reading good feedback on the GP! We are getting married there on March 31st 2011. We just booked the date last week with Rocio. I'm beyond excited!!!!

Rocio seems to be taking quite a few days to reply to my emails. I've been dealing with Ariadna since booking our date and she's been great so far.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
