they look great Ann. I used papelvivo for my invitations but wish I had been creative enought (and had the time) to DIY them. I love the design, but I am not totally in love with the clip art that you used. I guess it just looks too whimsical for my taste. Also, I have found that publisher is a way easier program to use to design stuff than word although if you managed to make word work for you then kudos.

overall they're fab, and you're very talented!

i am not sure i LOVE the clip art i used either - and kept wanting to play with it. paul talked me in to just leaving them just how they are so i could just finish them. we've only got 2 weekends before we move, and haven't even started packing! i needed to get these things done.

now i just need to hear back from Marilu at Dreams PV to see what the heck time my dinner can be so I know what to put on the invites!

Ann, are you moving back to Minnesota? If so, what part? I live in West Saint Paul now, but have always lived in the city of St. Paul before this Two different cities in two different counties...go figure.

I think you did a wonderful job with your invites!

Yay Ann- that must feel so good to get them done and out of the way! FI and his mom decided that there were about 20 more people that they wanted to receive my invites yesterday (even though I told them I was only going through the trouble to make them for those that were actually coming, and close family- NO MORE). But, alas, I gave in and ordered more supplies...arrrrghhh. They also are already planning the ahr- sorry to hijack your thread, this just reminided me of how frustrated i am!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
