We are going to be at DPA together!! I am getting married ont the 27th at 5pm and arrive on the 23rd. Exciting!!!

Jenna - how goes the resort selection? I remember that you hadn't settled on one the last we heard from you. Have you heard back from your TA and westjet for prices yet? I'm still waiting on one more and seem to be stuck in that long wait period again, even though I got a few of them together really quickly. We ended up telling our guests about the seat sale they had on and a few people were able to take advantage of it which was great! I was just really happy to get our stuff booked finally and not worry about all the waiting times!

Woohoo, thats so exciting. How many people are coming with you? So far we have 21 people including ourselves. Which wedding package are you guys going with. I havent picked yet. I want to see what he resort photographer does for work. I am still leaning towards the ultimate package but bringing in a photographer.

 

Photos are the most important thing besides my dress lol. We leave on the 21st and are getting married on the 25 at 3. Hoping to do a ttd the next day if I can afford it lol. I can not wait lol. Now I know another bride going, its even more exciting.

Dee, if you go back some posts I know that RoryS's neice used the resort photographer. They did a pretty decent job. I think she posted a link in prior posts. Pictures were definitely important to me too which is why I hired an outside one!

Or are those flat rates, no taxes. I'm trying to figure out some budget items for our trip and because Jacy is out till MOnday...no luck moving forward. I'd appreciate help from those who are already married

Echo....wow your up early! 5:30am and already posting! So you've pretty much gotten the update, still waiting back on pricing. I'm really hoping to hear something this week, Ive been searching since the end of July and we are already into September...seems like time flys! With so much to do it would be nice to have the resort chosen so I can move on to doing invites, OOT bags etc.

 

Wow, just noticed how many Calgarians are getting married at DPA in April. How exciting! Speaking of OTT bags....are any of you doing them, if so have you found great stuff!?

Well there must be a time change somewhere along the way because it wasn't 5:30... but sadly it *was* 6:30! I get to work horribly early but I miss traffic for the most part. And believe me, I'm totally not a morning person!

 

And I'm TOTALLY going to do OOT bags!! I don't have the full idea of what I'm going to include so far, but there will definitely be insulated mugs of some sort. Have you seen the master list (with spreadsheet already built for you??) for one of the other threads? Ginalyn had attached a link for me around page 18 of this thread if you haven't. Sorry I don't have the exact post number right now.
